董必武人民司法思想的内涵及当代价值体现

摘要：董必武人民司法思想的基本内涵包括坚持党的领导、巩固国家政权、坚持司法为民、坚持群众路线、坚持领导干部带头。其当代价值体现在坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路、坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局、运用法治思维和法治方式化解社会矛盾、全面深化司法体制改革五个方面。河北法院推进的“一乡镇一法庭”建设就是继承和弘扬董必武人民司法思想，坚持在党委坚强领导下，在法治轨道上统筹各方资源力量，为群众参与司法提供更加广阔的平台，协力打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局，引领、推动形成诉源治理合力。

The connotation and contemporary value of Dong Biwu's people's judicial thought

Abstract:The basic connotation of Dong Biwu's people's judicial thought includes upholding the leadership of the party, consolidating the state power, upholding the justice for the people, upholding the mass line and onholding leading cadres taking the lead.Its contemporary value is embodied in the following five aspects: unswervingly following the socialist road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics, adhering to the people-centered development idea, building a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing, using the thinking and method of rule of law to resolve social conflicts, and comprehensively deepening the reform of the judicial system.The construction of "one town one agency" promoted by Hebei court is to inherit and carry forward Dong Biwu's judicial thought.The "one town one court" construction promoted by Hebei court is to inherit and carry forward Dong Biwu's people's judicial thought, adhere to the strong leadership of the Party committee, coordinate the resources of all parties on the track of rule of law, provide a broader platform for the masses to participate in justice, work together to build a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing, and lead and promote the formation of joint efforts in litigation source governance.
